We are looking for a skilled, technology-agnostic Software Engineer with proven commercial experience in Drupal to join our team.
If you know how to bring business value rather than simply implement technical decisions, are ready to take ownership of the development process, can act as a product owner for AI agents, and are comfortable switching between different technology stacks and tools when needed, we would be happy to have you on our team.
Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience with Drupal (1+ year)
- Strong understanding of Drupal architecture and core principles
- Proven commercial experience in AI agentic engineering and advanced prompt engineering
- Familiarity with core AI security principles
- Strong knowledge of Drupal APIs, including Form API, Entity API, Cache API, Plugin API, Queue API, and REST API
- Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Experience working with Composer, including dependency updates and applying patches
- Strong understanding of the Drupal theming layer, including Twig templates, preprocess functions etc
- Good frontend skills: semantic HTML, SCSS/SASS, and responsive design
- Good practical experience with Git, Drush, Composer, Docker
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and deployment workflows
- English level: Intermediate+ or higher
- Strong focus on delivering business value rather than simply implementing technical solutions
- Technology-agnostic mindset and confidence in switching between different technology stacks when needed
- Ability to take full ownership of the development process and proactively contribute ideas and improvements
Nice to have:
- Experience in Wordpress development
- Experience with PHP frameworks: Laravel, Symfony
- Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries (ReactJS, NextJS, VueJS, Angular)
Main Responsibilities
- Full-stack development and support of PHP/Drupal web applications (monolithic and decoupled)
- Development of new features and integrations
- Analysis of requirements and participation in technical solution discussions
- Support and improvement of existing integrations and business flows
- Investigation and resolution of production incidents and technical issues
- Refactoring and improving existing functionality
- Writing and maintaining Unit tests
- Participation in code reviews and technical discussions
- Participation in release and deployment processes
- Collaborating with the team to achieve project goals and improve overall development expertise
