About the Role We are looking for a Technical Architect / Solutions Architect to lead modernization of a large-scale healthcare platform supporting primary care programs across Africa. You will design and evolve distributed backend systems built in C#/.NET on Azure with SQL Server/PostgreSQL. The role focuses on HL7/FHIR interoperability, offline-first workflows, and scalable, secure architecture.
