Strong Middle Fullstack Engineer — TypeScript / Node.js / React

Romaniuk Consulting Віддалено $3,500 - $5,000

We’re a technical agency that runs the engineering behind one of the biggest Amazon marketing operations in the US. Our platform pulls together Amazon SEO and performance data for some of the largest brands in e-commerce, and we’re rebuilding it from the ground up with a modern stack and AI built in from the start. Full-time, fully remote, exclusive to Automateco. You’ll work directly with the founders to move a live Laravel + React platform over to TypeScript/Node.js/React without taking it down, and build the AI features that change how our clients read and act on their data. What you’ll do Own features end to end: React on the front, Node.js API in the middle, data pipelines underneath. You ship to production every week. Lead the move from a Laravel + React monolith to TypeScript/Node.js + React. Incrementally. Nothing goes dark. Build AI features into the product: recommendations, automated analysis, agent-assisted workflows. Design clean REST APIs and wire up outside data sources like Amazon Advertising and Snowflake. Deploy and monitor your own services. You own them in production, not just in the PR. Help decide how we build with AI agents as we push more autonomous work into the product. Try out new AI tools and bring in the ones that actually make us faster. What you bring Real production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Not side projects. Solid backend: API design, data modeling, auth, performance. You can find a bottleneck and prove you fixed it. You’ve worked with AI development, or you’re genuinely into it: LLM integrations, agent frameworks, AI-assisted workflows. And you check what the AI gives you instead of pasting it blind. You migrate legacy systems in steps and keep them running. A rewrite is your last resort, not your first move. Comfortable with relational databases and data-heavy apps. You pick the right tool and don’t over-engineer. Good debugging instincts and a habit of writing code other people can read. You can work on your own and communicate clearly in a remote, async team. Nice to have Laravel or PHP. It helps to know the system you’re migrating off of. Amazon Advertising APIs, Snowflake, or e-commerce data pipelines. AI platforms, automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or agent frameworks. React Query, tRPC, Prisma, or similar modern Node tooling. Probably not your role if you’re a frontend dev hoping to learn backend on the job, or your first instinct on old code is to throw it out and start over. How we hire Code review screen, 20 min, no IDE or AI. Technical interview with one of our engineers. Interview with the founders. Offer. Відгукнутись на вакансію

AI-Native Fullstack Engineer - Tech Lead

Trinetix Kyiv За результатами співбесіди

About the team: You'll run a small group inside our R&D function whose mission is to validate new product bets quickly. We move from "is this worth building?" to a working prototype in weeks, not quarters. You set the research direction, decide what to build and how, and lead the team to get it in front of users and stakeholders fast. This is a builder-leader role: roughly hands-on coding alongside the team, with the rest spent on strategy, planning, and unblocking people. What you'll do: - Own the technical vision and execution for a portfolio of PoCs, from initial research through working prototype. Lead a small engineering team - set direction, review work, grow people, and keep the group focused and motivated. Run lightweight research: scope a problem, survey the landscape, form a hypothesis, and define what a successful prototype must prove. Translate fuzzy ideas into concrete plans with clear milestones, then execute against them. Build fullstack - backend services, frontends, data pipelines, and the glue between them. Work AI-first: use AI tooling to accelerate development, and build products that embed LLMs, agents, retrieval, and related techniques where they create real value. Make pragmatic build-vs-buy and "good enough for a PoC" calls, balancing speed against the parts that need to be solid. Partner with product, design, and leadership to decide which bets graduate from prototype to product. What we're looking for: - Proven technical leadership - has led a team or owned a major workstream, set technical direction, made the call on what to build, and shipped through others. You can run lightweight research, turn a fuzzy idea into a plan with clear milestones, and keep a small group focused and motivated. (Formal management title not required; the instinct and track record are.) Strong fullstack engineering with real AI-building depth - production experience across backend and frontend in at least two of C#, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript (comfortable picking up the third), and a genuinely AI-native way of working: fluent with AI dev tools and hands-on experience building LLM-powered products (prompting, RAG, agents, evals). This is the builder half of a builder-leader - you'll write the first prototype yourself. Genuinely self-directed and motivated - thrives with ambiguity, defines the problem when no one hands it to them, and drives it to a result. Also required - pragmatic, not deep: - Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enough DevOps to ship - CI/CD, containers, getting a prototype deployed, observable, and demo-able. PoC-grade is fine; you don't need to be an infra specialist. Valued, but not a dealbreaker: - Working understanding of ETL/ELT, data warehouses, and lakehouse concepts - enough to design a sensible pipeline and reason about how data flows through a prototype. Hands-on data engineering depth is a bonus, not a requirement. Nice to have: - Experience taking a 0→1 product or prototype to real users or market validation. A standout specialty (distributed systems, ML/AI, frontend architecture, or data engineering) on top of the breadth. Background in a startup, R&D lab, or innovation team where speed and ownership were the norm. Familiarity with experiment design, rapid user testing, or other cheap ways to validate an idea. Who you are: You're equally comfortable whiteboarding a research plan, writing the first prototype yourself, and coaching a teammate through theirs. You'd rather ship something rough and learn than polish something no one needs. You can hold the big picture and the implementation detail at the same time, and people want to follow you because you bring clarity and momentum. What we offer: - Continuous learning and career growth opportunities Professional training and English/Spanish language classes Comprehensive medical insurance Mental health support Specialized benefits program with compensation for fitness activities, hobbies, pet care, and more Flexible working hours Inclusive and supportive culture About Us: Established in 2011, Trinetix is a dynamic tech service provider supporting enterprise clients around the world.
