What You Will Do Design, develop, and maintain backend services and web applications using PHP. Integrate frontend components us** ing Bootstrap, jQuery, and JavaScript.** ipt.Debug, enhance, and maintain database structures and performance, and manage high-load environments w** ith MySQL.** Implement caching and messaging solutions w** ith Redis, Memcached, and RabbitMQ.** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new business service featu res. Project Description: Recovery for All (RFA) is a seven-year (2025-2031) technical assistance project, funded by Global Affairs Canada and implemented by Alinea International. RFA will support 50 war-affected communities take on the massive task of managing the damage that has been inflicted by Russia's war against Ukraine. The aim of our work with communities is to help them build back better, not only in terms of reconstruction, but also socially and economically, so that people that have stayed in the communities not only survive this war, but can thrive. Each community has its own needs and priorities, so we will work with them to plan a recovery that meets those needs, build the capacity to attract financing and implement recovery initiatives, that serve the long-term development of communities to develop and to foster a better future for residents. Hands-on experience with performance measurement and optimization: profiling code execution, analyzing bottlenecks (slow requests/queries), improving runtime and memory usage. Practical experience with debugging and troubleshooting: working with logs, reproducing issues, root-cause analysis, and delivering reliable fixes. Hands-on experience writing unit and integration tests using Codeception. Good understanding of OOP, SOLID, and clean code practices.
