Strong Middle Fullstack Engineer — TypeScript / Node.js / React

Romaniuk Consulting Віддалено $3,500 - $5,000

We’re a technical agency that runs the engineering behind one of the biggest Amazon marketing operations in the US. Our platform pulls together Amazon SEO and performance data for some of the largest brands in e-commerce, and we’re rebuilding it from the ground up with a modern stack and AI built in from the start. Full-time, fully remote, exclusive to Automateco. You’ll work directly with the founders to move a live Laravel + React platform over to TypeScript/Node.js/React without taking it down, and build the AI features that change how our clients read and act on their data. What you’ll do Own features end to end: React on the front, Node.js API in the middle, data pipelines underneath. You ship to production every week. Lead the move from a Laravel + React monolith to TypeScript/Node.js + React. Incrementally. Nothing goes dark. Build AI features into the product: recommendations, automated analysis, agent-assisted workflows. Design clean REST APIs and wire up outside data sources like Amazon Advertising and Snowflake. Deploy and monitor your own services. You own them in production, not just in the PR. Help decide how we build with AI agents as we push more autonomous work into the product. Try out new AI tools and bring in the ones that actually make us faster. What you bring Real production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Not side projects. Solid backend: API design, data modeling, auth, performance. You can find a bottleneck and prove you fixed it. You’ve worked with AI development, or you’re genuinely into it: LLM integrations, agent frameworks, AI-assisted workflows. And you check what the AI gives you instead of pasting it blind. You migrate legacy systems in steps and keep them running. A rewrite is your last resort, not your first move. Comfortable with relational databases and data-heavy apps. You pick the right tool and don’t over-engineer. Good debugging instincts and a habit of writing code other people can read. You can work on your own and communicate clearly in a remote, async team. Nice to have Laravel or PHP. It helps to know the system you’re migrating off of. Amazon Advertising APIs, Snowflake, or e-commerce data pipelines. AI platforms, automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or agent frameworks. React Query, tRPC, Prisma, or similar modern Node tooling. Probably not your role if you’re a frontend dev hoping to learn backend on the job, or your first instinct on old code is to throw it out and start over. How we hire Code review screen, 20 min, no IDE or AI. Technical interview with one of our engineers. Interview with the founders. Offer. Відгукнутись на вакансію

Project Manager

ConveyThis Віддалено За результатами співбесіди

Technical Project Manager / Product Operations Manager (Remote) Location: Remote (Work Hours: 10am - 6pm EST) Office HQ: New York City, NY About Us We are a fast-growing technology company based in New York City, with a global team of passionate individuals. Our mission is to build innovative digital products that delight our customers and drive business growth. We embrace the flexibility of remote work while maintaining a highly collaborative and supportive culture. About the Role We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager / Product Operations Manager to bring structure to a fast-moving portfolio of web, SaaS, and SEO projects. You’ll manage a small remote team of developers, run sprints, QA delivered work, and turn the founder’s high-level ideas into clear, prioritized, execution-ready tasks. This is not a senior engineering role - you won’t be writing production code. But you’ll need enough fluency in websites, dashboards, landing pages, CMS/static sites, bugs, and QA to communicate precisely with developers and to judge whether delivered work actually meets the requirement. Your core mandate: make sure developers always know what to build, why it matters, and what “done” means - so that nothing ships broken and the founder spends less time on day-to-day coordination. What You’ll Do Roadmap & Planning Translate founder ideas, notes, and business goals into a clear, prioritized roadmap. Break large initiatives into milestones, epics, and sprint-ready tasks across multiple projects. Maintain a prioritized backlog and surface unclear requirements before work is assigned. Keep the founder informed on progress, blockers, and decisions needed. Sprint Management Plan weekly or biweekly sprints and assign work by skill, priority, and capacity. Write clear tasks - descriptions, links, screenshots, acceptance criteria, and due dates - in Trello, Jira, or ClickUp. Run async or live check-ins and track progress, blockers, and overdue work. QA & Acceptance Testing Review and test completed work - landing pages, dashboards, forms, redirects, mobile layouts, basic SEO tags, and user flows - before it’s marked done. Compare delivered work against the original requirement and reject incomplete work with specific notes. Write clear bug reports (reproduction steps, expected vs. actual result, screenshots, device/browser, priority) and maintain reusable QA checklists. Developer Coordination Communicate requirements clearly and confirm understanding before work begins. Follow up on blockers without micromanaging, and coordinate handoffs across frontend, backend, design, SEO, and content. Track performance signals such as missed deadlines, repeated bugs, and unclear updates. Product & Website Operations Coordinate landing page and SEO page builds from approved plans. QA content placement, meta titles and descriptions, H1s, links, forms, and tracking requirements. Keep implementation aligned with business goals across translation, SaaS, and marketing web properties. Reporting Submit short daily updates: what was completed, what’s blocked, what needs review, and what’s planned next. Submit a weekly report covering completed, in-progress, and blocked tasks, QA failures, bugs found, developer performance concerns, upcoming priorities, decisions needed from the founder, and risks to deadlines or launches. What You’ll Bring Proven experience managing remote developers or technical teams. Strong written English and the ability to communicate directly without creating confusion. Ability to convert vague business ideas into structured tasks with clear acceptance criteria. A working understanding of web development workflows - frontend, backend, dashboards, landing pages, forms, bugs, browser testing, and QA. Hands-on experience with Trello, Jira, ClickUp, or similar project-management tools. Strong attention to detail when testing and accepting completed work. Reliable availability during U.S. Eastern Time overlap. Nice to Have Background in technical project management, product operations, web agency PM, or SaaS coordination. Experience managing distributed teams (Ukraine, Eastern Europe, Asia, Latin America, or similar). Experience working with founders or CEOs who give high-level direction. Familiarity with GitHub, Slack, Google Docs, Figma, WordPress, Astro/static sites, or Laravel dashboards. Hands-on QA testing or SEO landing page implementation experience. What Success Looks Like Developers always have clear, prioritized tasks and rarely sit on vague or low-priority work. More tasks ship on time, with fewer bugs reaching production. Faster QA turnaround and more predictable sprints. Fewer founder interruptions for basic clarification. A visible weekly roadmap, with fewer forgotten or unfinished initiatives. Scope of the Role To set clear expectations, this position does not include: writing code as a primary duty, acting as CTO or holding unilateral technical authority, phone or walk-in customer support, routine support tickets, translation project delivery, or major budget and hiring decisions without approval. How to Apply Apply today and help us build amazing products and an even more amazing team! Make sure your application has a link to your Telegram messenger. This is the main way we will try to communicate with you. Відгукнутись на вакансію
