We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Project Manager to join our global team and lead the end-to-end delivery of web development projects from discovery through launch. In this role, you’ll manage a standalone chatbot application - leveraging the power of Generative AI to provide users with intelligent assistance for analyzing uploaded source documents.
Role Overview
As our PM, you’ll serve as the bridge between clients, developers, and designers. You’ll lead discovery sessions, coordinate team efforts, track progress, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your work will directly impact high-profile clients and support long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
Drive the discovery phase, ensuring all requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and well understood
Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Monitor project progress, scope, and budget to ensure high-quality outcomes
Manage a dedicated team of 4 (Tech Lead, Backend Developer, Frontend Developer, QA Engineer) to support estimations and delivery
Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and provide progress updates
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, including AI-related risks such as model hallucinations, data privacy concerns, and LLM output quality
Coordinate UAT and perform final reviews before handoff
Contribute to continuous process improvement and internal best practices
Lead, support, and motivate your team with empathy, clarity, and structure
Monitor time tracking, budgets, and resource allocations
Manage change requests and control project scope
Maintain accurate project documentation
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, ideally in web development
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Proven ability to manage client communication, task prioritization, and resource planning
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset
Leadership and team management experience in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with AI/ML project delivery - understanding how to scope, plan, and manage projects involving Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-powered features
Ability to communicate AI concepts and constraints clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-haves:
Experience working with enterprise-level clients
Basic understanding of web development (Laravel, Vue.js, HTML/CSS)
Prior experience in outsourcing or digital agency environments
Experience with multilingual or multi-market content projects
Pre-sales support, experience with new project estimation or change requests
Understanding of basic compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, accessibility)
Hands-on experience managing AI or chatbot product development (RAG pipelines, document ingestion, LLM integrations)
Experience with prompt engineering concepts or working alongside AI/ML engineers
Awareness of responsible AI practices: bias mitigation, transparency, explainability, and safe deployment
Familiarity with AI observability and evaluation frameworks (e.g., monitoring LLM output quality in production)

About the project
One of your first responsibilities will be overseeing a standalone chatbot application. Leveraging the power of Generative AI, the platform provides users with intelligent assistance for analyzing uploaded source documents - enabling users query, extract insights from, and act on complex documentation with speed and accuracy. This is a long-term Agile project, with a strong development team already in place.
